Warren B. Feldman was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1977 and has amassed many honors both within and outside his profession over the last 20 years. He was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 1986. A member of 'Who's Who in American Law," and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, Mr. Feldman served as the past Chair of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Group and Prepaid Legal Services. He has also served as the President of the American Prepaid Legal Services Institute from 1997-1998. He has appeared on many national television programs and has lectured extensively on Group and Prepaid Legal Plans for the American Bar Association.
Herbert Kramer received his BS in Biology from C.W. Post College and holds a Masters Degree in Genetics from Long Island University. He is a graduate of St. John's University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Kramer is admitted to practice before the Courts in the State of New York in 1977, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States in 1986. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Wills and Estates. Additionally, he is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He has authored numerous articles on Wills, Trusts and Estates, as well as appearing as a lecturer on those subjects to the membership of the various unions and groups that his firm represents.
William J. Monaco, the third partner in the firm, received his Law Degree from Hofstra University in 1988. He has received certification by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, in addition to the Nassau and Suffolk County, New York State and American Bar Association.
