A bit about  Al Camaiore. He grew up in Astoria, Queens, before moving to Huntington, NY. Jesuit educated, Al graduated from Fordham University, June 1970.  After teaching for a few years, he decided to take his career in a different direction.

Al began a 34 year career in law enforcement as a New York State Court Officer. In 1985, He was assigned to supervise the courtroom security for a notorious homicide trial. It was this trial that sent Al to law school.  At the conclusion of the trial, Al decided he had to do something about this type of injustice.  Al graduated from New York Law School in June 1990.
He continued his career in the courts and, as soon as he was eligible, began to volunteer as an arbitrator in the NYC Civil Court Small Claims Court. Upon his retirement from the courts, Al began a private practice. His concentration was in criminal defense and family law. Al continued his work as a Small Claims Arbitrator in Suffolk County District Court.
A few years later Al found his home here at Feldman, Kramer & Monaco. Al says that the opportunity to assist our diverse clientele across the gamut of legal issues is very satisfying.
