Elyssa’s practice at Feldman, Kramer and Monaco, P.C. focuses on general estate planning as well as counseling clients on estate administration, Medicaid planning, and asset protection planning.In May of 2017, Elyssa received her Juris Doctor from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Prior to attending law school, Elyssa received her undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Law from Binghamton University in 2014, which is where she developed an interest in law.
Through her time at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University Federal Tax Clinic, Elyssa assisted low income individuals with various tax controversies before the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance and the Internal Revenue Service. Her experience in the Tax Clinic as well as her summer internship in the Nassau County Department of Social Services provided invaluable practical experience which she uses to assist her clients.
