George Karavias graduated from the prestigious Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Arts in American History and thereafter Michigan State University College of Law.  Mr. Karavias has been practicing Landlord and Tenant law in New York City since 1995 and is regarded as an expert in all aspects of Landlord and Tenant litigation. George Karavias has practiced extensively in the Housing Courts of Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and the Bronx.  He has appeared on and settled thousands of cases over the years as well as conducted lease reviews and negotiations for both commercial and residential clients.
