Joseph J. Bestreich has been a member of the New York State Bar since 2012. He is well-versed in the areas of Elder Law and Estate Planning.
His expertise focuses primarily on representing clients seeking to obtain Community and Chronic Care Medicaid, as well as clients who have been issued inadequate Medicaid determinations at fair hearings. He also assists with the submission of Article 81 guardianship final accountings. Mr. Bestreich graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2008 and graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2011. He is a past President of the Upsilon Beta chapter of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. He is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Section, Trusts and Estates Section and the Suffolk County Bar Association.
