Leonard B. Chipkin is an associate and chief personal injury trial attorney for Feldman, Kramer and Monaco, P.C. Mr. Chipkin holds a bachelor's degree from Potsdam College of Arts and Sciences, where he graduated magna cum laude with majors in history and political science. Afterwards, he achieved his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School (Union College), graduating in 1986.

Upon graduating in 1986, he joined the Nassau County District Attorney's Office where he successfully prosecuted numerous criminal cases and wrote and argued appeals heard in both state and federal appellate courts.

Upon leaving the District Attorney's Office in 1996. Mr. Chipkin entered private practice, where he specialized in trying personal injury cases involving construction accidents, wrongful deaths, automobile accidents, slip-and-falls, dangerous and defective products, securities, playground and school accidents and medical malpractice. He obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts in state and federal courts throughout New York.

In addition, Mr. Chipkin maintains a select criminal law practice, successfully defending those accused of a wide variety of crimes and violations in the five boroughs, Nassau County, Suffolk County and Westchester County.

Mr. Chipkin prides himself on his knowledge of the law and his great accessibility to clients.
