Dan assisted us with the sale of my mother's home.  There were some problems such as open permits from many years ago.  Dan helped us navigate all of that, and did a terrific job.  In my position as in house counsel for a national real estate company, I oversee attorneys from around the country.  I am demanding in wanting professionalism and Dan met the bill.  It may seem like a little thing, but Dan even showed up to our closing dressed in a suit whereas opposing counsel dressed like he was in the middle of cleaning his basement.   Appearance counts.  Just wanted to let you know what a terrific job he did.
