I just wanted to send an email on behalf of my attorney Dan DeRosso who recently helped my wife and I with not only the purchase of our brand new home, but with the sale of our old home as well.  Dan was incredible from the get go, he answered any and all questions we had as quickly as possible and made the transition as smooth as possible.  Both of our closings were set for the same date and I showed up to both without any feeling that I would be missing something or that paperwork was not where it needed to be.  Everything that was needed from day one was laid out and explained to me so I never felt like we were behind in the process.  There were definitely problems that came up along the way but Dan handled them and made sure we were at ease.  I want to commend him for his representation and thank not only Dan, but your firm as well.
