I would like to take a minute to stop and recognize the Real Estate team that represented me at the recent closing for the sale of my home, Lisa Tehranian and Leandra Scatturro.
Throughout the process, from contract to closing, Leandra was always responsive and present for any issues or questions that I may have had along the way. She seems like she is extremely busy, juggling multiple clients along with their issues. She wasn't always immediately available, but would always return my call or email most times by the end of a business day.
I have to say that Lisa was by far the best and most personable attorney that I have ever worked with. She is extremely organized and I could tell that she really puts her heart into her work. She put all of the "chaos" into a very easy to understand format at the closing so that I could comprehend all of the madness. She apologized up and down when the closing could not be completed due to a delay in the wire transfer for my sale. Even though this was out of her control, she still felt like an apology was warranted. Not her fault! Thank you Lisa for being human, and not a robot!
