
Rocco J. Aureliano is a New York-licensed attorney and one of the key initial members of the Business and Commercial Division at Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C.
He earned his undergraduate degree in International Business Management from Bryant University and his law degree from Touro University, Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center. Prior to joining the FK&M team, Rocco had varied experiences in FinTech start-ups, small business legal services, and international trademark dispute resolution.
He specializes in business, commercial, and intellectual property law, overseeing the division's private small to mid-market business transactions, contract drafting, corporate structuring and formation, and trademark and copyright matters. With a strong legal and strategic acumen, he plays a vital role in guiding businesses through complex legal landscapes.
In addition to his legal practice, Rocco has actively contributed to his firm’s growth by reorganizing and managing its internal marketing department. He also promotes and presents on the firm's legal service benefit plan across the U.S. and Canada to NYSUT, PEF, and various New York-based trade unions.
A skilled speaker and educator, he has delivered presentations to financial advisors, banks, unions, students, and lawyers on legal topics, particularly concerning New York business entities and federal compliance under the Corporate Transparency Act.
Rocco is also a published author, with several articles featured in the Preventive Law Guide, covering topics such as protecting assets with LLCs and trusts, trademarks, and building or repairing credit. His dedication to both legal excellence and thought leadership makes him a valuable resource for clients and organizations alike.
