Steven J. Brennan graduated New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1989.  He graduated the Suffolk County Police Academy in 1999 and worked as a police officer for 21 years before retiring.  Steven attended Touro Law School, starting in 1994, during the day while working as a police officer at night. 

Steven J. Brennan graduated New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1989.  He graduated the Suffolk County Police Academy in 1999 and worked as a police officer for 21 years before retiring.  Steven attended Touro Law School, starting in 1994, during the day while working as a police officer at night. 

While at Touro, Steven was very involved with student government and was elected President of the Student Bar Association in his final year of law school.  He graduated with a Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude) in 1998.  Steven served as an Assistant District Attorney with Suffolk County for one year before returning to the police department to continue his 21 year career.

Steven also worked as the Prosecuting Attorney for the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County New York.    
A little more than 10 years ago, Steven was hired by the law office of Feldman, Kramer and Monaco.

Steven gets great pleasure in helping people with a wide range of legal questions, focusing on landlord and tenant issues, real estate law and business owners/start-up entrepreneurs.
