Ari Friedman is dedicated to advocating for individuals whose lives have been impacted by the negligence of others. Ari represents clients through every stage of the litigation process—from initial case evaluation and investigation through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial—working tirelessly to secure the justice and compensation they deserve.
Ari is a graduate of Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Before joining Feldman Kramer & Monaco, Ari practiced at a well-established personal injury firm, where he successfully represented injured clients in a broad range of complex personal injury matters. His passion for advocacy is rooted in a genuine commitment to helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives, ensuring that every client has a strong voice and a dedicated advocate standing in their corner.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ari spent several years in the bodily injury departments of both personal and commercial insurance carriers. In that role, he evaluated complex injury claims with high exposures, giving him firsthand insight into how insurance companies investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and defend claims. This unique perspective allows Ari to anticipate defense strategies, effectively challenge insurance company tactics, and build stronger cases for his clients.
Ari combines meticulous preparation with compassionate client service, recognizing that every case represents a person or family whose future has been altered by an unexpected injury. He is committed to keeping clients informed throughout the legal process while pursuing the maximum recovery available under the law.
Outside the courtroom, Ari is equally committed to serving his community. He serves as Vice President of the nonprofit organization Stage the Change, which empowers students to use the performing arts as a platform to inspire dialogue, promote empathy, and create meaningful social change. Through both his legal practice and community involvement, Ari is driven by a shared purpose: giving people a voice and advocating for those who need it most.
When he is not practicing law, Ari enjoys spending time with his wife, Sadie, and their two daughters, Elsie and Georgie. His family is at the center of everything he does and serves as a constant reminder of the importance of protecting and advocating for others during life's most challenging moments.
