Gary's practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including contract negotiation and drafting, licensing agreements, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and emerging growth companies.

Gary also has extensive experience advising on private placements, investment and hedge funds, technology and media matters, corporate and project finance, and commercial bank lending. He works with businesses on a wide range of legal and financial matters, providing practical guidance and strategic insight.

Gary earned his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law through a joint program with Hong Kong University.
