DONNA ROSEN, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Donna Rosen has been practicing law for the past 26 years, and has spent 20 years as an associate at FELDMAN, KRAMER & MONACO, P.C. While the first ten years of her legal career were spent handling criminal defense matters and all aspects of civil litigation, the majority of her current practice is comprised of residential real estate transactions and adoptions. Ms. Rosen received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1978, and her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1982. She is a member of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, a frequent contributor to the “Preventative Law Quarterly” on issues involving residential real estate transactions and issues, and a guest speaker at LIGALY (Long Island Gay and Lesbian Youth) for their discussion workshops on domestic partner/second parent adoption.
DANIEL D. DeROSSO, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Daniel J. De Rosso received his Bachelor of Arts in Music History and Theory and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both magna cum laude, from Geneseo College in 1990. He received his Juris Doctor in 1993 from Buffalo Law School, with a certificate of concentration in state and local government law. He was admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York in 1994. Daniel concentrates his practice in real estate transactions and finance. He has been with FELDMAN, KRAMER & MONACO since 1997.
JAMES E. ORLANDO, ATTORNEY AT LAW
James E. Orlando has been practicing law for fourteen years, having received his Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1995 and being admitted to the New York State Bar and New York Federal Courts, Eastern District in 1996. He has published several articles in “Preventative Law Guide,” is a guest speaker at the National Legal Service Attorney Conferences, and has received several awards from “Pre-paid Legal Services, Inc.” as recognition for outstanding legal services. Mr. Orlando’s areas of concentration include matrimonial, family, and criminal law. Additionally, Mr. Orlando is responsible for FELDMAN, KRAMER & MONACO’s 24 hour legal emergency hotline. Mr. Orlando has four children. His wife, Dara, is an Assistant District Attorney for the county of Suffolk.
ALLAN E. FOGEL, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Allan E. Fogel received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1985. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University in 1989 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1990. Mr. Fogel has over seventeen years experience handling all phases of matrimonial and family law. He has also authored numerous articles for “Preventative Law Quarterly.”
CHARLES H. ROSEN, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Charles H. Rosen received his Bachelor of Arts in European History and Government from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1968 and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1971. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1972, and the New York Federal Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts, in 1975. Mr. Rosen was an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County until 1978, when he established a private practice in Port Jefferson, NY. He has tried cases in the District Court, Family Court, and County and Supreme Courts in Suffolk and Nassau Counties. He is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association. He has co-chaired the Professional Ethics Committee and the Lawyers Committee on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, as well as serving on the Judiciary, Fee Dispute, and Law Committees. Mr. Rosen served on the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Bar Association and is a past President of the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association. Mr. Rosen’s areas of concentration include family and criminal law.
STEVEN KRAMER, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Steven Kramer graduated from North Adams Star College in 1994, receiving his Bachelor of Arts with a Biology concentration. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 1997. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998 and to the New York Federal Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts, in 2001. Mr. Kramer’s areas of concentration include trust and estates and elder law.
GLENN L. KANTOR, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Glenn L. Kantor received his B.A from Kenyon College in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1980. He was admitted to the New York State Bar and to the New York Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts. Mr. Kantor’s areas of concentration include civil litigation, bankruptcy, business, and real property law.
CANDACE DELLACONA, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Candace Dellacona completed her undergraduate education at American University and went on to receive her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law. Prior to joining FELDMAN, KRAMER, and MONACO, Ms. Dellacona was a founding partner of Weinreb & Dellacona and an associate with the Law Offices of Matthew J. Nolfo in New York City. She has also worked for the United States Department of Justice, Chadbourne and Parke LLP, and Davis Polk & Wardwell. Ms. Dellacona is a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York County Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association. She is on the board of directors for the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence and also served on the Committee of the Problems of the Aging of the Bar of the City of New York and on the Advisory Board of the New York City Department of the Aging, Elder Abuse Training project. Ms. Dellacona’s law practice is concentrated in both elder law, including Medicaid planning, guardianships, long-term care planning and reverse mortgages, and trusts and estates, including wills, trusts, advanced directives, and estate administration.
CHRISTOPHER J. LONGMAN, ATTORNEY AT LAW
Christopher J. Longman received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Rhode Island in 1979 and his Juris Doctorate from New England School Of Law in 1983. He was ranked in the top 15% and was an Honors Moot Court Finalist. He was admitted to the NY State Bar in 1984 and the U. S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1991.
Mr. Longman has over twenty years of litigation experience. He practices in all types of personal injury cases including, construction accidents, vehicle accidents, toxic torts, product liability and labor law. He won the largest personal injury award in the country after obtaining a $37 million verdict in regard to a client who was hit by a taxi cab.
Mr. Longman is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum , the New York and Nassau County Bar Association as well as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
HAROLD E. GERRY, Jr., ATTORNEY AT LAW
Harold E. Gerry, Jr., is an associate with the law firm of Feldman, Kramer and Monaco, P.C. He earned his law degree at Quinnipiac College School of in 1995. He was admitted to the Bar in the States of New York (1996), New Jersey (1996) and Connecticut (1995).
Mr. Gerry is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is also a member of the Elder Law and Real Estate sections of the New York State Bar Association.
He has presented numerous seminars on Elder Law and Estate Planning throughout Nassau and Suffolk County as well as New York City.

IRINA A. KARLOVA ATTORNEY AT LAW
Irina A. Karlova received her Master’s Degree in Law from Kuban State University in Russia. Prior to coming to the United States, she worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the regional District Attorney Office for five years. In 2008 Ms. Karlova graduated summa cum laude from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center receiving her L.L.M. She is a recipient of the L.L.M. Outstanding Academic Achievement Reward and several CALI rewards. Ms. Karlova is admitted to the New York State Bar and is qualified to practice law in Russia. She is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the Trust and Estates and Elder Law sections of the New York State Bar Association. Her areas of concentration include Elder Law, Medicaid planning, advanced directives, estate planning, estate administration, wills and trusts. Ms. Karlova is fluent in Russian.

Christopher M. Petillo is an elder law & estate planning attorney with Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. in Hauppauge, New York. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, as certified by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Elder Law Section) and the Nassau County Bar Association. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. An alumnus of Price Waterhouse LLP (n/k/a PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP), Christopher’s areas of practice include Elder Law, Estate Planning, Personal Income Taxation, Gift Taxation and Fiduciary Income Taxation. Christopher is a frequent lecturer at consumer seminars on numerous Elder Law topics.

Scott T. Ackerman is a trial attorney and an associate of the law firm of Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C.
In 1987, Mr. Ackerman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University where he majored in political science. Mr. Ackerman then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing Michigan, where he received his Juris Doctor Degree in 1990 after participating in a two (2) year accelerated program.
Mr. Ackerman is admitted to practice law in New York. He has been practicing law since 1991, concentrating in personal injury and tort law. He has represented numerous injured clients through all phases of litigation and has successfully conducted a multitude of arbitrations and mediations for his clients.
In 2010, Mr. Ackerman joined the law firm of Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C where he brings more than 19 years of legal expertise to the clientele of our prestigious firm.
JOHN T. HENDERSON ATTORNEY AT LAW
John T. Henderson is an experienced attorney concentrating his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Elder Law, Guardianships, and Long Term Care Planning. In addition to his legal experience, Mr. Henderson combines his extensive corporate business background into his legal practice.
Mr. Henderson graduated with honors with a B.S.B.A. and M.B.A. from Long Island University and received his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Elder Law section.
Mr. Henderson is devoted to ensuring the emotional and financial well being of his clients and their families. He frequently lectures on estate planning and elder law matters at community, church and senior groups throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
Mr. Henderson and his family have lived in Centerport, New York for more than twenty-seven years. In addition to his various community activities and charitable endeavors, Mr. Henderson is Lay Speaker and Sunday School Teacher at his local church. Mr. Henderson is a former Trustee, Co-Lay leader and Chair of the Staff Parish Relations Committee of his local church and former mentor with Long Island Youth Guidance.
